About Carol V. DoddUnparalleled experience. Carol V. Dodd, founder of CVD Administrative Services, LLC, manages administrative tasks for individuals and small organizations needing general office assistance, with an emphasis on financial record keeping. Dodd is a Pro-Advisor for QuickBooks, an accounting and financial software program, and is a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association (www.ivaa.org). Formerly an executive director for several law firms over the course of 28 years, Dodd brings with her a high degree of knowledge and quality ethics to those organizations whose funds are not able to support a full- or part-time administrative employee. Prior positions also include working as a research librarian at several universities and as an information specialist for a local government agency. She is a lifetime member of the Association of Legal Administrators, where she was a member of their International Board of Directors. Dodd received a bachelor’s degree in economics from The College of Wooster (Ohio) and a master’s degree in library science from the University of Michigan. Having given up gardening and home repairs for condo living, she now has more time to enjoy traveling, art museums (and their stores!) and reading, as well as spending time with her clients. Clients have included non-profits, retail establishments, law firms, individuals, and organizations in the association management, international software, financial services, design, technology consulting, travel, and professional coaching industries. |
